Robert Strasser joined Eliminate Chaos in February of 2005 as the IT computer support for Eliminate Chaos.
Robert has over 15 years of experience in designing, deploying and supporting a wide range of product solutions in small to large-scale integrated network environments. Robert currently possesses CNE, CNA and CNS certifications and is a member of the Society of Industry Leaders.
Robert provides a special focus on revamping existing business process to streamline systems enabling companies to efficiently communicate with their employees as well as securely communicate with their customers. In the ever changing world of computing it is important for business to conduct a reality check on their processes as well as the security surrounding them. Many companies are now subject to new and changing laws and requirements regarding securing customer data and customer communications. Staying in compliance even for a small business is a challenging task.
Many small businesses can benefit by using a consultant to fast-track their business by implementing many cost effective solutions to make day to day customer interaction a smooth, efficient process. Customers also need to have a plan for disaster recovery and continued business operation should an unexpected event such as a fire, earthquake or computer failure occur.

In October 2007 Eliminate Chaos became a Shelf Conversions authorized dealer. Robert also oversees the Shelf Conversions product division and was trained by the manufacturer as a product specialist and installer for the product.
Robert also enjoys video editing, photography, golf, Caribbean cruises and frequent trips to Hawaii.
