  • "If you can find 15 minutes extra each day - what would it be worth to you?  I have always considered myself pretty organized, so I was impressed with the ideas that Laura was able to show me that saved me the time each day.  Even just saving 20 minutes a day is a big deal.  That is enough time for me to connect with a new client or spend time with my daughters."   - Bill Brooks, American Pacific Mortgage ...
  • "I worked with Erin, one of the specialists who works with the Chronically Disorganized (hoarders). In a word, she was fantastic. In four 4-hour sessions, she helped me go through and box up (keep, donate, trash) almost everything that was stacked up in my kitchen, dining room, office, and bonus room. Erin arrived promptly. We went over what I wanted to accomplish that day, then we got to work. She was focused, calm, non-judgmental, and tireless. She faced very dirty circumstances and didn't bat an eyelash. She never once caused me a moment of anxiety; the relief that I felt when we were done was amazing. And Laura Leist, who is the owner of Eliminate Chaos, was lovely. She returned my calls promptly, was kind and understanding, and offered me some options. I would hire this company again ...
  • “I have never used a service like Eliminate Chaos. We recently moved to the Seattle area and the help that Eliminate Chaos provided was amazing, in just a few short days my box filled house became livable.”

  • "Laura Leist provided our members with common sense techniques on how to organize one's business and personal life in these times of avalanches of information.  We are very appreciative and recommend her as a speaker and workshop facilitator." - Bill Vadino, Executive Director,  Kirkland Chamber of Commerce ...
  • "I wanted to let you know what a fabulous job you did speaking and how much of a pleasure it was to listen to your presentation. I think that office organization is an often overlooked topic, yet poor organization can affect every aspect of your business. Luckily, I was able to pick up some really great tips last night." - Melissa Mellroth, Ruth's Chris Steak House...
  • "Thank you for your contribution to the Administrative Assistant's Conference.  From my perspective, your presence, demeanor and skill contributed to a higher caliber conference than would have been possible without you."

    - Emily McGrath, Director of Professional Development - PNAIS (Pacific Northwest Association of Independent Schools)    ...
  • "The work Laura has done for us has required her to design and implement a process for the project, to listen well to our needs, goals and limitations, to work closely with members of our staff and to provide us with a plan of action we would undertake after our work with her was complete.  I always had complete confidence in her leadership and management.  In my interactions with outside vendors, I would rank Laura's level of service in the top 1%!    Laura delivers what she promises, on time on budget and with cheerfulness and a positive, uplifting attitude.

I gain two things when I work with Laura:  organization and the tools and strategies to stay organized!  Laura knows the right products to use in our office and shows me h...
  • "After going through every box in the house, I saved myself $8,500 in taxes and found 2 checks worth $3,500 that had not been cashed.  No wonder I am so motivated to keep this up!  I am confident that my organizational relief project will enable me to do more business, be more efficient with my client files, and reduce the stress this career tends to put on my family life.  Thank you Margaret and Laura!"   - Jennifer Blum, Real Estate Agent, Coldwell Banker Bain

  • "Laura's knowledge and expertise on the function and use of Outlook far exceed any book or workshop I have attended.  Laura presents the material in a useable manner and shows patience to all in the room.  She is a top notch trainer.  I highly recommend anyone using Outlook to take her course and find out all of the hidden treasures of the program."

    - Michele Catoire - The Legacy Group   ...
  • “Laura’s knowledge of the vast capabilities of Outlook was amazing. I learned more from her in 30 minutes about organizing within Outlook than I had been able to figure out on my own in 10 years.”

Cheryl's Delighted Clients

Cheryl has just started but we know clients will love her and will have lots more to say soon!

Cheryl joined Eliminate Chaos in 2011 after several years with the Bellevue College Interior Design Program.  It was here that she kept the product/resource library running efficiently and well organized.  She is an alumnus of the Bellevue College Interior Design Program where she studied art, architecture, commercial and residential design. Throughout her studies and while managing the resource library, she learned the value of selecting the proper materials for a project relating to function, sustainability and aesthetics.

One of Cheryl’s many passions is planning, remodeling, and organizing spaces, for clients, friends and in her own home.  During the past few years, she has helped her parents “age in place” in their Seattle home which has been an educational opportunity for Cheryl, while her parents have benefited from her design and organizational skills.  Her passion for organization goes hand in hand with her design skills.  She believes that "good design does not survive in clutter."

Cheryl has over a decade of visual merchandising and retail management experience along with a strong belief that stellar customer service should be the norm, not the exception.  She looks forward to working with you on your organizing projects to create beautifully designed, high functioning spaces.  In the process you will experience her exceptional commitment to customer service and communication along the way.

When Cheryl is not busy picking out new paint colors for the walls, laying tile, reorganizing the junk drawer or labeling bins in the garage, she loves to spend time traveling with her husband or having a girl’s weekend away anywhere it is sunny and warm.  She has two grown children, and is looking forward to someday becoming a grandmother, but she is in no rush.
